The Rudest Pharmacy I've ever encountered. On the phone & in person. Do they not like their job. I am transferring my prescription ASAP. They want you to get your vaccines there. I don't think so.

The pharmacy people are the most incompetent people there is out there, lazy and rude. Every single time I get any prescription there they always mess something up is like they can’t do things right at all. I go out of my way to ask for the one inside target they are AMAZING!!! but this pharmacy staff sucks! I’m always so nice to them but they really push you to be angry with their horrible attitude and incompetence. Even when they make a mistake and I tell them they always act like they assume they are always right which is so immature. No accountability at all!

Just rude. They hang up in your face. If you call the 1- 800 number. I doubt if the district manager does anything. I have never seen anything like this.  I'm definitely calling my insurance company to see if my prescription can be filled somewhere else for the 3 month supply.    If I could give the pharmacy a negative rating I would.

This pharmacy has to be the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They say my prescription will be ready that day but then call back 30 mins later to tell me they actually won’t have it for 2 more days. Then I tried to talk to the actual pharmacist and she basically says it is what it is and actually hung the phone up

I continue to be disappointed by this CVS. The rudeness of pharmacy staff members, inability to provide services for the little effort they can summon to get it done means I'm moving all my family scripts to HEB down the road.  Not worth using this CVS.

I like this CVS Pharmacy. The store is clean and well lighted with good merchandise presentation.  CVS prices everyday retail prices are a little high, but they run a weekly ad with hundreds of items on sale. With the CVS ExtraCare card, I have saved a good deal of money.

The rudeness we get everytime we go to the pharmacy here is ridiculous. They speak to you as though you work there and should know what’s going on, then if you ask questions they are even ruder.

This location is the worst! Every time I go in to pick up my dad’s prescription they lie and say that it hadn’t been sent in. Just yesterday around 5pm I went in for a prescription that was sent while we were still in the dr’s office and once again the staff informed me it had not been sent in..called this morning to check status just for the employee to tell me it had been filled at 7pm the day before.

Good prices, nice helpful people, clean store - love their many coupons!

Hi,  I had a wonderful experience at this CVS.  The guy, Eric, was so helpful and patient.  I told him that I'll be back looking for him. :      The store was well stocked and clean.  There was no spots on the carpet.  Very good CVS.   I'll definitely will be back, even if its out of my way.
