Trip to Rx a regularly thing for us . The old wonderful Target Rx knew us when we walked up to the counter. We liked doing business with them because they were always looking out for us. This new CVS Rx has shorted us on pill counts, called us in to pick up a prescription the told us we weren't due and insurance would not cover it, and they always up sell. When you're dr. prescribes something "as needed" and CVS fills the maximum fills the dr. is allowing and they don't even talk to you about it before they fill it? $200.00+dollars? Really? I am suppose to trust them with my medical prescription?

Target Pharmacy is just not good anymore now that CVS has control, called in a refill on a Thursday morning and received a text that they were out of stock and it won't be in until Friday night, seems weird when there are 3 Target (CVS) pharmacy's within a 10 mile radius. Don't you think they would make a call and get the med's from one of those!!!  Target screwed up when they went to CVS... Walgreens may have to be the one

Terrible customer service, they have attempted to fill prescriptions that I haven't taken in years.  I have complained multiple times and they can't seem to fix the "automated errors".  CVS should never been allowed to enter Target!!

As the Optometrist at Target Optical at the same location I can state that the pharmacy team is excellent.  Everyday I write prescriptions for eye drops and oral medications for my patients.  Over the years my patients have had nothing but good things to say about the pharmacy.

Great and caring staff who always are available for questions and are proactive in resolving insurance obstacles. Highly recommend!
