One doesn't expect much from CVS stores. This one seems to stock everything but brand pharmaceuticals. And for the first time ever, the pharmacist questioned a prescription sent in by my physician, saying that the autocratic computer robot said it was too soon. She then interrogated me about why I needed the medication, thus asserting greater authority of my medical needs than my physician. Something is really amiss at this location. Perhaps a note to CVS executive complaints is necessary?
Online store hours are different than when you’re actually in the store. They called to tell you that they’re filling the prescription and that you could check it online, but you could never check it online through the app or the website not to mention they’re always rude when they don’t have it filled, and like to blame it on the customers! I will now be getting all of my prescriptions filled at Walgreens.
My prescription was being “worked on” for 3 weeks. I eventually went in to see what was going on. Apparently it still wasn’t filled and I had to wait there for them to fill it. After I go back to the counter, they misplaced my meds. I’m glad extra meds. I changed my pharmacy to Walmart, and they filled it that same day. What gets me is, Walmart don’t take my insurance, but was cheaper than me having it with CVS.
We scheduled flu shots on Sunday September 8th. Lisa refused to do them because she was short staffed. She was also rude. She also billed our insurance despite not doing the shots.
Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever seen in my life! They don’t answer their phone and do not return calls from voicemails. There is no way to get in touch with them. Have tried to have local delivery service to pickup meds on three different times in past two weeks—they couldn’t find my order and today they closed early with no warning. Customer service tried to get in touch with them to no avail. Will be transferring all prescriptions to a locally owned pharmacy.Do not use this pharmacy under any circumstances.
Generally speaking this location does very well in my experience, lately more issues have arisen. Today they have a staffing shortage and only one person is working to help other patients get their prescriptions elsewhere nearby. So they had to close the pharmacy due to there not being enough help today. This location needs more help and I hope they get some assistance soon.
Awful!! Waited 30 mins on a Monday evening to pick a script. One working the counter so I asked the other person to help. There were 6 of in line. Response was curt. Filling meds for those waiting and then I am going home. Attitude the entire time I stood in line. Will be transferring my scripts!!!!
Dumpster fire. Open 15 minutes late. Hours are inconvenient and they’re short staffed. Can’t get anyone in the phone. A call back takes hours. Employees are flippant and obnoxious. They even asked why I needed a medication substitution when they’re the ones who stated that I needed the substitute. Do better CVS.
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Michelle, #1965703 on many occasions and she first impressed me by remembering my name. My wife has been very ill and it felt like I had a friend. Today, she received an order from my wife's doctor and immediately had me notified that the critical prescription was ready. The fact that she took the time to remember my name meant a great deal to me. I have had dealings with one of your Pharmacists and always had a great feeling when I left. FYI, my insurance company, Aetna, forced me to use CVS and I wasn't happy at the time but IO am now very glad they did. Please keep up the great customer service.
This place put a nail in the coffin of my relationship with CVS. I’ve been tolerating the company to save myself the hassle of switching everything over to another pharmacy, but I’ve finally had it. I just moved to the area and had my prescriptions transferred from another CVS. Having worked as a pharmacy tech in the past, I know this is not a complicated process. I called in to request a prescription on a Friday. The following day I was there to pick up another prescription and asked about the one I’d called in the day before. I was told, “Oh, we don’t have it in stock. We can get it by Monday.” Ok, fine, I understand that sometimes happens. But why would you not call to inform me that it’s not in stock the minute you discover that, so I have the option to transfer the Rx elsewhere? I mean, gee, I might actually need the medication since I requested to have it filled, right?! By Wednesday of the following week my prescription is still “in process,” with no communication regarding delays. One of my complaints about CVS is their incessant text reminders about things I might want to refill, prescriptions I have waiting, prescriptions that need renewals from my dr’s office, ways I might want to make managing my prescriptions more streamlined!, etc etc etc. How about only texting me when something I ordered is ready and staying out of my inbox otherwise? Sheesh. But when it actually matters, I receive no communication at all. I’m now five days without a medication I’m supposed to take daily, without interruption. While I love the Target store in Easton, the CVS inside the store has ensured no CVS gets my business ever again. Horrendous customer care—actually, NO care for customer wellbeing, apparently.
