Pharmacy has horrible customer service and so does this company. My doctor called in meds before the morning of  my surgery and that night they didn't have them and by 6pm the next day I was still waiting for them. No one seemed concerned about the fact I just had surgery and contacting corporate did nothing since we never got a response back

The pharmacist was very nice and helpful. She took the time even to answer my questions even though if they were super busy. Never did she male me feel like she was rushed. The whole staff worked together as a good team.

This pharmacy just gave my 2 month old grandson more than 3x the dose he was supposed to get. When they were notified all they could say was sorry we will document it. Pharmacist said he will be fine but actually he was at PCH all night while they were on the phone with poison control. Sorry just isn't good enough idiots.

I have called 3 times been on hold for over an hour each time just to check what prescription was called into the pharmacy for my daughter and how much it will cost.
I cannot check online as I have never filled a script here before and cannot check for my daughter because I do not have the RX codes etc to access their online pharmacy.
Guess I will just have to drive over and hope to God someone is actually doing their job! Should have just used the Walgreens.
