Pharmacy is TERRIBLE! They insisted the RX we were picking up wasn't in the system, and after we insisted it was and argued with them, they miraculously found it and took FOREVER to fill it. Go anywhere else but here.

I've have good experiences here. The people are helpful and kind. They are understaffed. You have to know that going in and don't blame the employees for a structural problem they have no control over.

Don't expect them to document your doctor's information. They will make THEIR job YOUR job by asking you to recite your doctor's information anytime you need a new prescribed medicine or if it's a refill. And no, don't expect to get paid for doing their job. Also, don't expect them to get anything right on the first try. Always expect that something will always go terribly wrong with even the most simple of tasks. Simpletons have no problems getting the simple stuff right but this is a whole new level of sheer stupidity. I have changed my pharmacy and I am much happier now conducting business with employees that do deserve a paycheck.

I'm now on line for the 4th time in two days because they just haven't been able to fill my prescription yet. Not to mention all 20 min I've been in line today it hasn't moved. It was the same yesterday too. I wasted over an hour of my day just being in line at cvs.

Terribly rude..made me wait over an hour..and when insurance didn't cover it..said "your dr. Should have told you"  I HATE CVS..too bad thats my only choice now.. they need to learn s little kindness..
