Incompetent, professionally unfit and careless staff. Totally ineffective pharmacy. Avoid this pharmacy and move your Rx to Target CVS nearby.

I never want to come here again. I've never seen such an inefficient pharmacy. I dropped off a prescription and they said it would be ready in an hour. I went the next day and they saw no record of the prescription. When they found it they said it would be ready in an hour. I came back and they said my insurance wouldn't cover it. Why couldn't they tell me that sooner?! Not only are they unorganized, they are incredibly slow for service. How can there always be a line inside and at the drive thru? It's not that hard to find a pickup prescription and give it to a customer. Tonight I spent 20 minutes behind a car at the drive thru pick up window. I wanted to leave after 10 minutes, but unfortunately, I couldn't get around. When that car finally left, I didn't have time to deal with the pharmacy because I knew it would be at least another 10 minutes for them to accomplish anything helpful. Don't go here for your prescriptions!!! This inconvenience means I now have to call my doctors to send my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

The store manager does not know what Customer service is, she is rude and very unapproachable. i had witnessed a cashier Celine having a problem with getting a cap off one of the liquor bottle, it was quite busy. She was giving another employee a break. When the employee came back she just walked pass the problem. Wow what kind of manager us that that does not step in to help out. Rarely does any of tge employees say hello, with the exception of Celine always cheerful friendly.
