On hold over 30 minutes the guy first picks up and says “3 people ahead of you “then slams the phone down 15 minutes later he picks up and “says picking up or dropping off”  then slams the phone down and never comes back to the phone. Very not professional

The pharmacy here is horrible! They never have the items in stock. The manager was rude. I am giving one start to the black tall skinny guy. He is the only one in the pharmacy with customer service skills. The overall service here is so horrible here that I travel to the 17th stree or the lauderdale by the sea pharmacy.

I was "dismissed" by a pharmacy technician.  If they would have just checked to see if I had a second profile created for some reason, I wouldn't have been dismissed, needing to call my doctors office, follow up with the pharmacy and drive all the way back to pick it up.  It would have saved me a lot of time.  I don't know why I bother going into the store anymore.

Very confusing and unhelpful when you have a problem. Different pharmacists will you tell different things and your prescription will be filled at a later and later date. Also, they put me on hold for 15 mins, so I called back for a hold of 5 mins, and finally got through within 2 mins on the third call where they lied to me.
