This place is so predictable, what do I mean by predictable? Well you can always count that there is going to be a LONG line because the cashier is either going to be talking with someone for 15 minutes, doesn’t know how to give the correct change, or the customer is arguing about coupons. It is literally ALWAYS something at this place. I would genuinely feel comfortable enough to start betting money that the things I listened above will happen. It’s laughable at this point. Anyways at least everyone is friendly, just not efficient.

Pharmacy staff is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Blatantly rude every single time, not helpful at all, AND my prescription had a consult notice on it for it being a new prescription and they didn’t say anything to me, I never even saw the actual pharmacist. Won’t be coming back after this happening multiple times.

I went to get a prescription filled that they supposedly said I picked up a month ago. I never picked up that prescription. Now I have to get another prescription and pay out of pocket because insurance won't cover another month's supply. This is the second time I had an issue with the cvs pharmacy here. I'll probably be transferring my prescriptions to somewhere else.

The pharmacy staff are very friendly and helpful however I have received a call 2 times now saying my prescription was ready for pick up. Both times I arrived to pick up the prescription to be told it was never filled. The automated call needs to be corrected.

The CVS on East Main St is very nice. They workers are always friendly and helpful. I misplaced some very important paperwork when I was shopping and the clerk helped me look for it. I was about to give up and go home, then he found the paperwork which had my banking information on it. Thank goodness for pleasant people.

They’re always very slow but I just experienced the woman at the window mocking me. That’s being filed  with corporate since someone like that shouldn’t be working there. Yes, I certainly hope it does cost her her job.

Great people work in this store! They are very helpful and kind. The store has everything and the prices are very reasonable.

CVS is our family pharmacy of choice and has been for some.  We use many of their services from prescriptions and vaccines to health and personal care supplies.  I prefer retrieving my prescriptions in the store, as I find the drive thru particularly slow.  However, that may be a function of the patrons and not the pharmacists.

Pharmacy staff is rude and nasty!! We booked drive thru COVID test and they sent us away twice saying we didn't have an appointment!! I showed the girl in the drive thru my confirmation email and text saying drive thru test and she decided to get hateful and kept saying well just call the number!! Train your staff better cause at this point it's ridiculous!

To the pharmacy staff working November 7, 2022 at 1332 hours at East Main Spartanburg,  SC. All five of you. Especially the Latina pharmacist or pharmacy technician...Unprofessional and rude. Unaccommodating. Apathetic.  CVS  be ashamed. Will never return and will actively share my opinion with anyone who will listen.
