The one cashier called up for back up assistance to cashier. A gal comes up minutes later walking with no sense of urgency at all. Not one smile comes from this gal "Evelyn". As I get close enough to check out with her, I have to hold back my normal human instinct to smile and say hello just to see how she interacts with me. No hello, just asking me the question of "Do you have a CVS card?" In a monotone voice. I look closer to see her name tag says Manager. I am in the customer service field of work as a Manager dealing with the guest experience every day. This was a horrible example for the level of care I look forward to when I come to any store. It is evident that Evelyn hates her job. Disappointing! Jen Kay

If the pharmacy has literally shorted you more than two weeks worth of pills and your Insurance will not pay for more until 3 days after you call (when you should have two weeks worth left) they should be apologizing, accommodating you for those few days left for insurance to cover or even better - give you those two weeks worth that they screwed up giving you- and ensuring you it will never happen again ---- Instead the woman patronized me, questioned how I could have ran out of pills, and wondered why I would be upset with this - the pharmacy shorted me two weeks worth of antidepressants- I'm pissed- I take this med once a day and sometimes miss a day here and there because of being exhausted- so when you ask me how I could have ran out of pills maybe you should have listened- you guys didn't give me enough- brain much? I can forgive mess ups if there are apologies and helpfulness - when I ask for the manager instead you get yourself out of trouble by saying you'll give me the three pills and avoid a manager coming to the phone - how about cvs Pharm in Anoka clean house for better customer service - I can see if this medication was an opiod that questioning how I ran out would be a thing - but my crazy pills is another thing. I will be changing pharmacies and ensuring I count my pills every time because they obviously won't take responsibility for it if they made the mistake.

This review is for the pharmacy only. I live nearby and this was my go to pharmacy. After being treated less than human, an inconvenience by making them do their job, by the staff. My final straw was when they screwed up a coupon my doctor gave me. I had free refills on my prescription, but someone new accidentally entered the charge incorrectly. This erased my coupon. Costing me $1800 for 6 months of a prescription that was supposed to be free. We went over it again and again, but they could not figure out how to get the coupon active. No remorse either. If you use this place, GOOD LUCK. You should be fine if you're just picking up cold meds.

Pharmacy staff was rude and condescending. Since when did requiring a prescription make me someone to talk down to. Staff suggested I go to Walgreens because they didn't feel like calling my doctor to verify my prescription. WOW. Won't be back.
