The staff  at the pharmacy went above and beyond to help me get a refill approved by a clinic that had been very difficult to deal with and neglected my refill for 3 days. The CVS staff called the clinic and was able to get the request pushed through.

Horrible pharmacy! Prescription are never ready on time, I stood waiting for 5 minutes while they talked before I said "hello" to get anyone attention. The pharmacists are all rude. They hide behind the counter so they dont have to talk to anyone. The techs are clueless when you ask them a question. I miss my Target owned pharmacy. I HATE CVS! They only reason I go there is because I have to for my insurance.

Cheerful staff.  Efficient service.  The only annoying thing is that the waiting area is a store aisle, so the line is regularly interrupted by shoppers, or people wanting to use the nearby bathroom.

When I realized this location wouldn't accept my CVS extrabucks, I asked where the next nearest CVS was. My question was met with a patronizing "You have a smartphone, right? Know what Google is??" 

If the staff aren't going to offer everything a regular CVS offers, the least they could do is know where another CVS is, and be able to inform their customers about it politely and professionally. 

I am thoroughly disappointed with the disrespect I received from the staff at this location and I urge others to consider filling prescriptions elsewhere.

I was told my prescription would be ready in 20mins so I went to shop and walk around the store. When I came back they haven't even started it. When they did start it she told me another 20mins. I waited and waited and they didn't even have the full amount in so they filled one tiny bottle. I waited over 40mins and did not even get help right away.
