Pretended my doctor didn't call in a script ! I waited three weeks, and they just pretended it never happened because they didn't like the directions on the prescription. Never again. They never called me, OR my doctor. Cvs needs to re educate the pharmacies they purchased within target.

I'm visiting Colorado from Georgia and forgot one of my prescriptions. I also just recently changed insurances and was a little stressed out. Madison was fantastic and took care of me! It took a huge worry away and made the beginning of this trip easier and better. Thank you so much!

I called the pharmacy at 4:45 Monday, 5-8-17. I needed to speak with a pharmacist to ask about a possible drug interaction with my son's prescription. Kyle answered and put me on hold to wait for the pharmacist. Nobody came back to me before I left work at 5. I remained on hold and drove to the Target on Pearl. I arrived in their parking lot at 5:15. Kyle came back and asked how he could help me. I said that I had been waiting for 30 minutes to speak with a pharmacist. He put me on hold again and John the pharmacist came on the line and answered my questions. He did apologize for the delay saying they had lots of customers in the store. I told him I had driven to the store while I was on hold for so long and that he should have had Kyle come back to me sooner than 30 minutes to say that they had not forgotten about me and that they were not too busy to do that. John proceeded to hang up on me.
I work in customer service and no matter how busy anyone is, keeping someone on hold for 30 minutes in inexcusable.

Do not expect prescription to be filled correctly. Even if they get it right, they will mess up billing your insurance. This place sucks. Changing pharmacies. Employees like Michael and Dan are not only incompetent but incredibly unhelpful. Thanks for nothing guys.

I have been using the Target pharmacy for about 10 years now with no issue.Today I go to refill my monthly Rx, same Rx, same doctor, same insurance. My insurance is a flat $15 for ALL GENERIC drugs, which this is. They charged me $40 !!!!  The girls only explanation was that CVS charges more. I DON"T GIVE A RATS ASS WHAT CVS CHARGES that is why I have insurance!  It is $15. Period. The girl in front of me had the same problem and left in tears because the Rx she gets every month for her son went from $8 to more than $50 for no reason!  I will be changing pharmacies, this is such a scam. What a shame, I loved the Target Pharmacy.
