This CVS pharmacy is top notch above all other. Cori and the rest of her staff have always been extremely helpful and have gone above and beyond with many of my pharmaceutical needs. 5 stars all the way.

This was my first interaction with this pharmacy. I found Nina, the pharmacist, to be professional, helpful and friendly. No issues to report.

I never had any issues with the Target Pharmacy. Every month, there's some issue with my auto fills or something not being in stock. Long time pharmacists and employees have or are leaving. I'm extremely disappointed and, as soon as the prescriptions on file run out, will be as switching pharmacies. It's too bad, because the one inside Target is super convenient, but becomes much less so if I'm having to mess with stuff getting messed up every month.

As I am sure most of us know, Target Pharmacy was acquired by CVS Pharmacy. Since CVS has taken over my family have had nothing but issues from CVS. CVS refilled my prescription and failed to tell me that they has switched the manufacturer and type of medication that I am on. When I got home I realized that my capsules were different that usual. I called the pharmacy to see what the deal was and to make sure what the pills actually were just incase they mixed up my medicine with someone else's. I sat on hold for about 45 minutes and by that time the pharmacy had closed. I turned to the Internet to see what the capsule that I was given was. It turns out that it was the same medication, but a different manufacturer and the capsules had a list of different inactive ingredients. I guess the pharmacy was banking on me not noticing the change and not having an allergic reaction to the other ingredients. WOW! I decided to just take the capsules sine I had found out why they were. After about a week and a half, I noticed that the medicine was not working for me like it used to. I called the pharmacy again and explained my situation. The Pharmacist that I got on the phone this time was amazingly nice and helped me to understand everything. She let me know that they did have my usual capsule in stock and that they could refill the prescription if I saw my doctor and my doctor sent in an early refill request. I made an appointment and paid my copy and saw my doctor. My doctor understood the situation and sent in the early refill request and sent and additional refill as well. I went to pick up my prescription and CVS stated that they never received the request or the new prescription. ...mind you, I watched my doc send it over electronically myself.... I came home and called the doctor to see if maybe it was a computer glitch, the doctors office said that it was I fact sent to the pharmacy and that they even had the received conformation from CVS, my doctor said that she would resend the request agin right away. I called CVS back and let them know that the doctor resent the request again. CVS still claimed that they had not received it. Magically as I got frustrated and upset with the person on the phone both requests were in their computer. The pharmacy informed me that the written request was not good enough and that anyone can send information digitally. The pharmacy now needs a verbal verification from my doctor to fix my prescription. I called my doctor back again and asked them to call the pharmacy. The doctors office informed me that usually the pharmacy will call them or email them for requests such as this, but that they would try to reach my doctor on her cell phone (it is her day off) to resolve the situation. Needless to say, 4 days without medication, and about 3 wasted hours of my time on the phone, I still do not have my correct capsules. CVS HAS LOST MY FAMILY'S BUSINESS FOR GOOD! We want the Target Pharmacy back! We never had these issues before!
