Was dropping off a prescription today at drive- thru , as stated on the drive-thru sign "drop-off" ...the girl helping told me she couldn't help me that we had to walk in the prescription . This was a prescription from the dentist and my mom was in alot of pain. I told her I couldn't walk in and that's what drive-thru is for. It was NOT a controlled medication, it was amox & ibuprofen ONLY. I decided to go to walgreens through drive-thru and had my prescription filled in 15 minutes. CVS lazy staff is pathetic and insensitive to patients needs. I have heard they have a bad reputation CVS and today , all that was confirmed. Ridiculous!! Walgreens all the way!! Don't go there.
