"CVS Health is conducting coronavirus testing COVID-19. Tests are limited to eligible individuals in select states. Where available, anyone age 10 or older can get tested. Minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. We offer lab testing and rapid testing at some locations. High demand may cause lab delays."

I was attempting to switch to this pharmacy, but after my experience thus far and reading all of their terrible reviews, I've changed my mind. You can't speak with anyone if you call in. You can only leave a message and have to wait for them to call you back. When I received a call back the rep was rude, inpatient, and barely wanted to answer my questions. The first person I spoke with wouldn't help me get setup. She a stated my doctor just needed to send over the prescription and they would call me. My doctor sent over the script, and no one called. I decided to call back the next day. The lady I spoke with didn't want to take the time to help or get me setup. She insisted there wasn't a prescription. I let her know my dr. sent over the medication on Friday, and I needed to pick it up. After asking her to look for it again, she miraculously found it. I had to keep asking if she would help me get setup with them, and she begrudgingly decided to take my information/insurance. She seemed annoyed to have to answer the few questions I had and kept trying to rush me off the phone. I understand that these places can be busy, but a little common courtesy goes a long way. I won't be bringing my business here.
The dr. We saw today shouldn't even have her license much less deserve to work anywhere as a doctor. Her name is Shah, Bina. My son and I came in last week and was treated and diagnosed accurately by another doctor. For a bacterial infection. We were prescribed antibiotics to help us through the fevers and everything we endured the entire week. Now 1 week later my daughter has SAME EXACT symptoms and came back to clinic to be sure she is taken care of before getting to sick. And this lady Shah, Bina refused to write is any antibiotics to get well. Told us to take it profin and gargle salt water. Then charged my card for the visit. So, now we have to take more time to go spend more money to have my daughter properly treated. What a freaking joke. Do not waste your time or your money here.
I like the way the employee Anna treated me she was so nice to me and I like the way she looks she was so amazing. I will invite her to have dinner if she is single lol
I went to the Minute Clinic at a CVS in Frisco. 2 young nurses spoke w me to find the best solution for my situation. One of them called me TWICE the following day to check on me. She ended up calling my regular pharmacy and took care of a big deal for me, when I know that was not a requirement from her. Above and beyond is an understatement. Genuine caring is rare these days. I am grateful, extremely. You’re a hero..
My wife was feeling . Booked an appointment. The nurse hiding in her office and closed the door. Didn’t want even acknowledge. Why do people work in jobs they hate? Minute clinic is useless with this type of attitude
Very rude customer service at the pharmacy. The rest of the stores customer service is fine. We needed to pick up two prescriptions. We said two, but she was in such a hurry, she only gave us one. I understand people have to take lunch, but when we asked for the 2nd one, she rudely dismissed us without one please, I'm sorry, or thank you. Just "You have to come back at 2" I can now see why this pharmacy has such low ratings.
Went through the drive thru first, ans the woman said some nonsense about my insurance kicking back a claim. Called my insurance, and they didn't know what I was talking about. Then, I had to wait for after their lunch time, and then the other tech had the nerve to tell me they didn't have my insurance on file and had never filled the prescription for me before. I showed him a copy of my previous fulfilled claim, and he couldn't understand, and still was registered with my previous insurance from over half a year ago. He reied to make me buy the expensive brand name product under no insurance. I lost my place for another job because of the ineptitude of this store.
HORRIBLE customer service!!! I called two days ago about getting a prescription transferred, the First Lady who answered was very rude, was rushing me, and just did not seem to care at all. She TOLD me that she would call my pharmacy and send me a text…never got it. So, I called a second time today and apparently I was never put “on file” in their system. The Second Lady was not professional or courteous when speaking to me. She told me she would call my current pharmacy, but when I asked how CVS would contact me, she just hangs up on me.. no thank you or goodbye. Not impressed.
CVS pharmacy takes so long they don’t care. They will have you sitting there for 45 minutes not talking to you or letting you know what’s going on until maybe you start getting really frustrated. I do not recommend this location to go get a Covid test whatsoever. You will be in line for almost an hour while they help others out.
This has got to be the worst pharmacy team/department I have ever dealt with. I went through the drive thru to pick up two prescriptions, and the woman on the other end mistakenly gave me one of the two prescriptions. I hit the call button immediately to inquire about the second prescription only to get their out to lunch message. So, I parked and went in to catch them before they left. I approached the Pharmacist named Devyn as she was standing “right there IN THE PHARMACY”! I said I just came through your drive thru and I didn’t receive my second prescription, and she stated I will have to come back at 2:00pm. I re-iterated that your staff only gave me half of my order in the drive thru, but she was extremely rude and insisted there’s nothing she can do! Worst customer experience ever!!!!! For all customers, please switch your prescriptions to the Walgreens at Lebanon and Preston!
