This place is a joke! When I visited the store on Monday at around 4 PM, I was told that their computer systems were down, and to come back later. So I came back later and dropped off my prescriptions. I returned that evening only to find out that their systems were down again and the prescription would be ready on Tuesday. So I called at 9 AM to check on the status of the order. They said it wasn't ready and should be ready by noon and that they would notify me when it was ready. Well I had been treating my cold symptoms with some homeopathic remedies and the symptoms had settled down so I didn't bother following up when I didn't hear from them all day. The next day, however, I woke up with a crushing migraine, and called to check on the status of the order only to be told that I wasn't even in the system. To add insult to injury, the staff is snooty and condescending. This place needs to be completely overhauled.
