The service is pretty good. The officer will tell you details about what you should do. I think some of comments are not fair. They are really patient.

Hard to find the entrance. Service is like what you expect from DMV in a big city.

These guys are incompetent. The two people in the office disagree about basic facts, they don't check over application materials and when they ask you to come by the office, they're closed. I've had to leave work and stop by the office to fix their mistakes 4 times. 

Save your money and get a visa through the embassy.
