Went here on a Saturday night around 6. I expected it to be busy. Said it would be about 45 minutes for a table to eat, so we went to the arcade to kill time. Its so loud in there that you can't hear your name being called so I constantly had to check with the hostess (invest in pagers!!). We finally got a table and not one person even acknowledged us for 20 minutes!! Not even to say hi, or take our drinks. We had kids with us and we were all starving. We had to get up and leave and go somewhere else. I know sometimes slow service is because its short staffed, but you should still acknowledge your guests! And there was a waitress going to other tables around us and still didn't even look at us. Very disappointed.

If your over 30 and looking to let loose have a few drinks with your friends, this is not the place for you. We waited an hour and a half for two lanes for 10 people. Had two drinks a piece. We go to the bar and they say see the servers. We put drinks in with our server after an hour without service. The server comes back n goes your group is shut off. Like really maybe your 16 year old bartender who wouldn’t cut us limes should be retrained. Been there twice both times awful. K bye!

Be prepared to wait forever if you're eating there!! Food is good if you ever get it! People who work here are clueless and just stand around doing nothing.

Had a party event for 20. Great time. Lots of compliments on the food and our server was so on top of everything. Only "complaint" I heard was that the bar was a little slow making drinks. Otherwise would recommend for events.

If you expect to have quality bowling lanes go somewhere else. I don't think they have oiled the lanes since the place opened. On top of the horrible lane conditions, our server on 3 occasions took our drinks before we even finished them.
