Very friendly and efficient. I would recommend them to anybody I knew that had a bike

Customer service in the Parts and Service departments is great - friendly staff willing to talk about the work you're having done and alternative solutions. Sales staff are a bit shorter. I suspect they get a lot of "just looking" customers who come in to leave paw prints on the bikes or sit on them and scratch the gas tanks with their belt buckles, then leave without buying anything. Do your research, check prices before dropping by. They do not, as far as I know, sell used bikes.

EXCELLENT customer service! We experienced a world of trouble with another dealership, so we ended up using Cycle City Corp and were so thankful that we did. We worked with Kevin from the sales department and he was beyond a pleasure to deal with. He worked through all of our problems that the previous dealership created and got us out the door at the end of the day with exactly what we wanted. Thanks again Kevin! I would highly recommend this dealership!

Recently bought a new bike here. Everything worked out good, even got a free (worth $200) helmet in the deal! However some of the service people can be quite rude and blunt, though they are willing to do some small things for free, like changing out a broken/lost bolt for a lock nut, and realigning the bars to my wheel after I dropped the bike. Their prices at the shop are rather high, being a dealership. Down-to-earth guys here, but somewhat hard to get along with.

One person destroyed my entire experience at this shop... So my intentions before entering the shop was to pick up a set of riding gloves... after entering the shop.. All of the bikes are clean and the show room is nice and neat... NO ONE greeted us (as two employees continue to conversation as we walk by admiring all the bikes)... going into the parts/gear shop my friend and I were kindly greeted by a gentleman named David which was great. David told us if we needed anything to just let him know and that he'd help us to the best of his capabilities. I end up heading to the front counter to check out the gloves which I knew exactly what I wanted and was ready to purchase. Another gentleman greeted us... no hello, no name... "I'm assuming you want gloves?" I asked the gentleman if I could see a particular set of textile/leather gloves which he then told me you don't want those because it's going to be too hot... then hands me something completely different with less padding and more airflow. I said no thanks I'd like to see the set I requested please. The gentleman said "fine, suit yourself." grabbed the gloves and tossed them onto the counter in front of my hands which were open, ready to have them "handed," to me. I then said thank you and just walked out the awkwardly placed exit. The customer service this guy provided was beyond awful. This is the shortened version of my experience but this guy needs to be fired. I'm sure he's the one that's causing all of Casey Cycle City's awful reviews. Thank you David for the service you provided my buddy and I. Everyone else can needs customer service training.
