Came for a Rock Shock seat post dropper. They installed it while I waited. Very knowledgeable personnel. Was very satisfied with the product, I just have to go back since the cable that goes to the remote seems to have too much play (excessive loop)at the bottom of the bike where it exits the post (could not shorten the slack). Other than that I'm very satisfied.

Of all the shops in Nj this one is the best, and yes I've been to all of them. (Sussex, diamond, martys etc). They all have their faults but this one is faultless. 5stars for commute, ease of parking, veriety, cleanliness, price and sales person knowledge and friendliness. Sunny is awesome. I was looking for a specific mtb and my girlfriend was looking for a mtb that soothed her needs. This shop had them both. Thanks to sunny we both walked out of there with mtb. I was particularly amazed a my girlfriengi full suspension. With the components I thought it was over $2500 but it was only listed at $1365. We are very happy.Thanks Sunny

I'm a newbie BMX racer, (in an area 45 minutes from the closest track) so none of the shops close to me (Lake Hopatcong) are interested in helping. I stopped into Cycle craft and wanted to buy whatever tool I needed, and maybe get some advice, on how to change the rear sprocket - which I bought at a track, not realizing I needed a special tool. They DID IT FOR ME - let me watch, and only charged me for the tool I'd need to do it myself next time. Took them 5 minutes... Now they have a customer for LIFE. What a great shop.

I went for the performance fit session with Tim Dougherty. I highly recommend this session. Best money I have spent for my bike. Tim has incredible knowledge and a passion for cycling and helping people to get the proper setup so they can maximize their cycling ability and enjoyment. Just bought a new Parlee from Cyclecraft. The bike is amazing! Looked at different models over the past few months. Sunny and Tim were very helpful discussing different models, never felt pressured as I asked about the pros and cons of several bikes over the past few months. Excellent overall experience.
