Great business with excellent customer service. I recently purchased a Garneau Axis Sl4 from them. I had no prior cycling experience. I told Adam my budget and what I needed the bike for (triathlons). He helped me with everything from bike selection to showing me how to change the tire and lock my shoes into the pedal.

Given that I was an amateur when it came to bikes, the team spent time making sure I fully understood everything to get me started. Would highly recommend using these guys for anything related to cycling or repairs!

We were passing through and needed to pump up our tires. They were very welcoming and helped us with directions. The shop looks well run and has a nice selection of equipment.

These guys are great! Hooked me up with 4 bikes in the last year and lots of accessories, very helpful and know what they are talking about in the cycling world!

Terrible experience, I am never going back. I brought in my bike for some repair work and they butchered the bike to a point that I had to bring it to an established shop to undo their work. I'm out about $230 in total for a job that only should have cost $30 tops. You are better off going to Ambassador where the workmanship is top notch and their approach is professional. Wish I realized this before my ordeal.

You can tell these guys love what they do, and they do it well! Great service and way faster than Ive seen else where... The small touches are nice too... Like remembering their customers names.
