Very helpful and friendly. Usually the service is reasonably fast and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I'm happy to support this small business, and happy that we have a good bike shop in town!

Great customer service. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. I went in for a tune up but will be back if I ever need parts or a new bike. They have a large inventory considering the size of Safford (plus scooters and skateboards). Price was great and service was timely. I highly recommend.

I cycled the Southern Tier and stopped here to get a check up for my bike. There were several negative reviews posted about this shop and I'm glad to say we ignored them. The owner has recently retaken possession of his shop and is very friendly and knowledgeable about bikes. He did a quick and thorough check up while chatting with us about the area and places to eat. He ran this shop for over 25 years before selling and is now back in business. It is too bad that negative reviews are tainting his business reputation because it is a great place to take your bike.
