My family received an opportunity for a promotional experience. I arrive during their ride by the door. The atmosphere is darkened with minimal colored lights. Rows of participants working hard with an instructor twice as hyped as the group. You can tell this is an operation looking to unconfuse the traditional ways to feel good when working out. There is no need to dress up. No need to worry about your next rep or workout routine. Especially when you discover you'll reach your goal assuming the same calories burned you'll understand the pleasure behind a darkened room, spirit throughout and 0 noise besides the jams. My family laughed and smiled the whole class which made me feel great.

This place seems fun,.... but the cycling class at iron city in waterford is a BLAST!!,..it's like SUPERGROOVALISTICROCKFUNK!!..it's a 
 PARTY ON A BIKE,..they do the hustle on the bikes,  they even do it outside in the summer..
