Many thanks to Graham for looking after our vinyl production. He has offered lots of support and advice for our first time vinyl run. He has also kept us up to date with delivery info and has been very prompt in our communications. The red vinyl looks fantastic and the quality of the album cover printing is excellent.Highly recommended!
We used Cyclone for CD manufacturing for my latest album release and couldn’t be more happy with the quality of service. Communication was excellent, Graham is very helpful and professional and kept us informed every step of the way. The quality of the artwork and the CDs in general was outstanding, with perfect sound quality. I’d highly recommend, and will definitely be using their services again.
I have been using Graham's services for recording, mastering and reproduction of audio and artwork for many years now always with a superb result. This time was our first foray into vinyl which involved remastering from cd. Once again his attention to detail and determination, in what is currently a difficult market, to get the product out within the required timescale and of the best quality was without fault. Can't believe this one star review is about Cyclone! Having dealt with this company since 2015, I have to say that this company, headed by Graham Semark, is the very personification in professionalism. Graham treats every order like his own. Every stage is checked. Artwork templates are checked, and then they need to be signed off by the customer before production commences. His advice is always best intended for the product; it is like he is part of your team. To be fair, with Klee Music, he is. So do I recommend Cyclone? Absolutely. Yes, you can probably scour the internet for a slightly cheaper deal, but what Graham and his team brings to your project is absolutely priceless. And that is why Cyclone is Klee Music's first choice.
Very high quality end product both in audio and art! Fantastic customer service too!. Totally recommended!
