recently sprained my ankle and needed some physical therapy to help me get back to my active lifestyle. I had pain and swelling running up and down my leg. With that in mind, I called Cynergy Physical Therapy and expressed the level of pain I was in, the girls at the front desk were able to get me an appointment within one hour of my call! My physical therapist Kim was so amazing, she heard I was coming in and waited for me by the front desk and immediately saw me, no wait at all! Kim was able to immediately relieve the level of pain that I was in. She took the time to thoroughly explain to me why I was feeling the way I was, what happened to the muscles when I injured my ankle, and exactly what I needed to do to get my muscles back to normal. I left Cynergy with instant relief of my pain, and swelling. Kim later followed up with me via email and provided me with the appropriate exercises I should be doing in order for my ankle to heal appropriately. All in all, I had one the best experiences at Cynergy Physical Therapy! If you are one who is looking for a warm, friendly, and professional environment for your physical therapy needs, Cynergy PT is the ONLY place to even consider going to!!

One of my shoulders has been giving me problems and my doctor gave me several options. I called each of them, but I was most impressed with Cynergy Midtown West from the initial call. I am so glad I went with them! My appointments have been easy and seamless. Chivonne has taken AMAZING care of my shoulder and she is extremely skilled and knowledgeable. She also had an intern (Huey) that was shadowing her during my first few appointments. I loved how she tested him on different things as she was working on me. You can really tell that she is passionate about PT and has your best interest at heart.

Had a great experience here! Came in with a hip issue. The PT was incredibly thorough and was able to pinpoint exactly what the issue was and how to improve. She understood the mindset of an athlete and my desire to get back to running, and perfectly tailored her advice to match that. Fully trust them and wouldn't go anywhere else!

Cynergy has been the best. I am presently going there for both ongoing knee issues and recovery from a fractured elbow. I see Sarah Jordan. I have been so hugely impressed with Sarah. First, her astuteness and knowledge of the workings of the human body. All that education shows! No question that Sarah was paying attention in class and attends on going classes post degree. Anyone can see a limp, Sarah sees the body mechanics that cause the limp and what needs to be done to correct the issue. Sarah is also positive and a great teacher. She focuses on what's working and what I need to do to reach realistic goals and explains it all in a very intelligible manner. I am now able to do things that I did not believe possible. Finally, she has worked with me to design exercises or figure out "work a rounds" that connect to functional and meaningful goals. For this New Yorker who injured her dominant right arm, that means using chopsticks and swiping a MetroCard. Cynergy is a great facility. It's clean and they have all the up to date equipment that one might need. Every staff member has been courteous and responsive. They are always a pleasure to deal with. Best of all, when they say they are going to do something, they do it. I cannot recommend Cynergy more highly. In fact, I have recommended Cynergy to several friends who are seeing other therapists at this facility or others. They have other locations throughout the city. My friends report having great experiences just like mine. My impression is that any of the locations would provide the same level of fabulous service that I experience at the Midtown West location.

I have been working with Toni for the past month and the treatment I've received has been nothing but the best. I am getting actual 1 on 1 attention, unlike many places around the city. She is willing and very helpful answering all of my questions regarding my injury. The facility and environment is also extremely nice, clean, and friendly.
