Got a car from this dealership and had problems with it the same week I got it! When I took it back they wanted me to pay and I thought it was unfair so I had my dad fix it. Also, my windshield was cracked and they said they would fix it and never did. My boyfriend also got a car from here and hes been having problems with his tires and breaks and they told him they would be good for a year. I do not recommend this place!

Great place to buy a car.... Good service, freindly staff... reasonable low prices...I bought a used Ford truck. Have not had any problems with it...Best cars in Bloomington!!

Horrible place .. they are liars that care only about them selves. Rushed me in and out...i dont speak Spanish i feel they took advantage of the fact I am a female DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM

My mom has been going here for years but unfortunately we will not be returning. Of course they're nice to you in the beginning because they want to sell you a car but once you buy a car from them, then it's a different story. My husband and I came here to buy our first car and they sold us the biggest lemon ever, which is ILLEGAL by the way. Bald tires, wrong size rims and not even the rims that belong to the car. We have a chevy and they sold us the car with NISSAN rims that are an inch too small. The a/c stopped working shortly after we bought the car, then we call the owner back and he confesses that he knew the compresser was going out. He offered a 30 day warranty which covered very minimal and coincidentally, everything started to go wrong on the car after the 30 days. The brake pads were very thin and worn out already. And when we first drove it off the lot, it had a flat tire and one of the rear tail lights were out. When we went to a tire shop to buy new tires for it, the wrong rims that they sold the car to us with had locks on the lug nuts and the tire shop employees were unable to take it off. When we called the owner, Jose, to see if he had a key for them, he said any tire shop would have the key and can take them off for us which was false. There have been multiple times we have called him for an issue concerning the car and he just plain ignores us, brushes it off, and has even hung up on us . This car is costing us more money in the long run than we're paying for it. Long story short, don't buy a car in a rush and don't let them persuade you. Or just don't come here at all and save yourself the trouble.
