So kind. Even though they are closed on Sundays, Maureen was going through all the messages to catch up and make sure people were being acknowledged. She told me they were swamped (which should tell you how good they are) but promptly gave me several things I could do at that moment to restore the electricity to my only bathroom. And it worked! I was crying tears of joy for not having to deal with yet another financial burden I was terrified of. She did not have to help. She could have said "we're too busy call someone else" but she didn't. She took the time to help. And if all the employees are like that? They will always be my go to place for anything electric. :)

We have experienced excellent service from everyone at DB Electric. The business is well run. They showed up on time and didn't leave until the job was done. We would highly recommend them.

I have been using D B Electric for the past 4 years at my mother's house in Groton Long Point and I've been very happy with their service. They always come at the time they say they will and they are very polite, knowledgeable, and respectful. Same goes for Maureen, who answers the phone when I call, and she is 100% reliable at calling me back if I've left a message after hours. An excellent company to deal with!

DB Electric and I go back to late 2003.  They have served every major and minor electrical concern -- from hanging ceiling fans, rewiring lights/switches, bringing in 200 amp service, making my house safe after a major CL&P transformer failure and installing a whole house generator after hurricane Irene.  They have never failed to be responsive and fully competent to every task.  After this long history of confidence and respect, I consider them friends who just happen to provide the best electrical service anyone could hope to expect.
