Founded in 1977, by Carl and Lindia Carnevale, third generation Ramona residents. D'Carlos started out as a Gourmet Restaurant serving items like Roasted Leg of Lamb. It quickly morphed into a Family Steakhouse, more true to the Ramona style of living. Our best selling item for over 20 years, bar none, has been our prime rib. Cooked at a very low temperature for many hours, served fresh daily...mmmm. Favorites include our prime rib sandwich (cajun style) and our prime rib dip.
