I have only seen Dr Crawley twice thus far. He was very nice. However the second time I saw him the office felt short staffed and rush. Got to my appointment early and waited a very long time. Got called back but someone else took the room they needed so I was sent to wait more. Finally go back and the doctor got called out of my room to help someone else. It was fine. But I spent maybe 10 minutes talking to the Dr. There were other things I wanted to discuss and just felt like I was rushed out.

The office wait time was excellent. Dr Crawley’s nurse was very personable and competent. I was impressed with her. Pretty rec hair too. Dr Crawley himself was very attentive, and very professional. All of the great reviews my friends told me about him are true! He is great. Thank you Dr for caring for me and my needs! You shine!!!

I was refered by my primary doctor Dr. Jon Johnson, Sr.  to see Dr. Crawley regarding a sinus infection with continued pain following a case of Covid. I was examined by Dr. Crawley and he had x-rays done of my sinus. He gave me instructions to follow while waiting on the x-ray results. I let Dr. Crawley know I have Myasthenia Gravis and have some antibiotics I have to avoid; especially penicillin. I checked Google and found that Myasthenia Gravis patients are warned against taking Cipro! The Family Pharmacy in Cushing let me know they received a prescription to compound a prescription for me that is to include Cipro and Budesonide 8/20/24. Their rep Jason said it would be 8/22/24 before they get the meds in. I haven't been able to tell Jason about what I found out about Cipro and MG patients but left word at pharmacy. I also asked that Jason call Dr. Crawley about Cipro and they will.

Love Dr. Crawley but the new on-line check in is a joke. Spent 15 min. The day before my appointment checking in and when I arrived for my appointment was informed it wasn’t complete. Had to go through the entire process again and still had trouble. I witnessed several patients also having issues. Even the payment machine was not working. Required lots of patience from staff and patients. Not pleasant.

Dr. Crawley is a wonderful doctor. Took great care of all 4 of my children and multiple surgeries. Very caring and talks to you not at you. Will continue to go to him as we need.

Dr Crawley is an awesome doc. He did a good job! I recommend him yall. He got an amazing team too. They made sure patient and parents were comfortable with everything. Thank you!!

Dr. Crawley is very patient, informative, and kind. My daughter has ADHD with severe anger, she does not like anyone touching her. Dr. Crawley is understanding and walked everything he did before he examined her and during the exam. He is the best ENT doctor we have seen since our journey on getting my daughters ears fixed

Dr.Crawley is funny and good with kids. He explains what needs to be done and how it’s done and the nurses are very helpful also. I told all my friends and family if you need an ear nose throat dr to call Dr.Crawley's office. He is amazing. Thank you Dr. Crawley and Nurses for taking good care of my daughter….

Dr Crawley & his staff are amazing! My oldest has seen him for a couple years now, never any problems! Highly recommend him

Doctor crawly was amazing he always has good humor and cares so much about his patients he did my daughters nose and he was straight forward with everything overall amazing experience and he makes sure you know what’s going on. 10/10 go to him he’s amazing.
