Outstanding customer service, the staff is always friendly and attentive. I have been taking my Honda's to the service department for years and Jody always makes sure that I am well taken care of and that the job is done right. In May, Michael Powers helped get me into a Civic Hatchback Sport Touring without any headaches or stress. It is rare to find a salesman who is upfront and honest, and who looks out for the customer's best interests. I will continue to support this business and would recommend them to anyone!

Our Fit needed an oil change so I made an appointment and took it in the next day.  I had forgotten that ice buildup had loosened part of a wheel well flap and asked if that could be fixed.  It was, with no need to schedule another appointment.  As always, treated with courtesy and efficiency.  Service is outstanding all around.

They did well by me. Did all the footwork to register and even insure the car with my insurer before I came to get it. Worked with me on added feature cost and we're friendly.

I came in to redeem a coupon for a complimentary oil change; I was asked if I wanted my tires rotated but replied that I had already gotten it done. Scott, Jim, and Jody were all friendly and helpful with information. The technicians were also quick to take my car in.

Appointment made, arrived and greeted pleasantly. Enjoyed waiting in the bright and clean lounge with complimentary coffee and donuts. Recall work completed quickly with a car wash to boot. We love D'Ella Honda!
