I ordered sympathy flowers through Teleflora which were fulfilled by DG flowers. I paid for the "premium" version of the arrangement which is the highest upgrade from the standard arrangement. My mother in law sent me a picture of what she received and it was extremely small, had cheap flower substitutes, and the filler flowers were wilted and falling over. I emailed Telefora with pictures, and DG flowers ended up calling me directly (Teleflora told me they are not supposed to do this). The man told me over the phone that they would replace the flowers if I would have the recipient meet him to do an exchange. I said I did not want to inconvenience her like that as these were sympathy flowers and that if he just wanted to leave flowers with no vase at her house, that would be fine. He immediately berated me and told me that I did not pay enough for a better arrangement and that I got the quality I deserved (he claimed I paid $45 when I paid $70). When I explained I paid what Teleflora posted on their website for the premium version, and that if he didn't think the price was fair that's his issue with Teleflora, he continued to argue, tell me I didn't deserve better, and then hung up on me. I will never ever order from DG flowers. This guy seems to be the owner or manager and he is extremely rude and a downright crook.
