Been with my wife for 14+ years, and ordered flowers via 1800flowers not expecting much. There was an issue with the vase with the exact one not being in stock, so they called and asked if another one will do. Of course I'll do, I had no idea what the other vase looked like. But they delivered and called to inform me the cabin was locked, and asked what should be done. I told them to just place it on the deck. Couple minutes later I called to see if they could be put inside, and they did it! When wife and I got home we we're surprised with the awesome smell of fresh flowers, which looked AMAZING. Had to of been the absolute best flower arrangement I purchased for my wife. Roses we're HUGE, most of the lillys we're wide open. Just AMAZING. I didn't see a single wilting flower in the giant array. Next time I'm in the Gatlinburg area I would definitely book directly with them. Thanks! - also the note was handwritten, this was a great little touch, adds that little bit extra. A lot more personal than a printout.

It's pretty appalling that my grandfather's funeral was honored with a pathetic assembly of common household shrubs. The plants that were presented had a total value of $5 but my mother's coworkers spent over $50. When we tried to get this resolved they had already sold the correct dish garden and they were not going to work to resolve this issue.

My daughter ordered flowers for me for Mother's Day. She lives in Alaska and had no idea who to contact. The flowers were delivered on Tuesday AFTER Mother's Day and were left in the heat at the front door--I wasn't home to accept them. The roses were completely opened and there was almost no water. EXTREMELY disappointed in this business! Hopefully, they'll read this review and replace the arrangement with a fresher one.

We ordered from Nashville TN area. We knew nothing about this florist. We were so surprised and very pleased when we got to the funeral home in Sevierville. The arrangement was massive and beautiful. Thank you so much for taking care of us and making sure our friends flowers were there in time and were so beautiful
