I almost there today to look at a listing in Sylmar. I called to speak to the woman Selena who was to show me the house today. Instead she told me I had to go to her office pay 230$ to see if I qualify and my paystubs. Red flags went up when she explained the process and that I wasn't going to see the house until I paid. Don't don't do it it's a scam!!!!! Be smart!!!! Thanks for the reviews they helped me make sure I didn't get wrapped up in a scam

Had a room remodeled great job, I was a little frustrated at first didn't know what to expect. When they got it done my new bedroom looked Beautiful. Just one thing they are not on Beverly anymore???

They try to be nice to you and make it seem like they have the house that they described and advertised on Craigslist which is a scam, I spoke with a lady named karinia and she text me this addy so good thing my mom told me it sounds like a scam and I myself thought it does everything that others had put that were told to them was told to me, you have to give $230 to secure the house so no one else could have and so it would be off the market that we would have to go to their office first before we see the house that if you didn't like it you would give your money back so it's good that I looked it up and the appointment was for tmrw and she wouldn't be abme2to attend instead her coworker robert what a scam people would do that just to have money smh

Im going through the same thing i was under the impressing i was calling regarding a rental and turned out to be listings...They took my 230 and the very next day things didn't add up and were very fishy i requested my full refund...Its BS they make a living scamming and stealing from people. ..They took from my children because thats whom im in search of a home for...

SCAM SCAM SCAM!! The owner of Horizon Rental Service in Bell CA (4261 florence ave bell ca 90201) now owns EZ Rental Service in East Los Angeles (5829 e beverly blvd los angeles ca 90022) They charge you $230 guaranteeing you a house and saying it goes towards the deposit of the house. I applied at Horizon Rental Service they charge me $210 I would ask them for properties and they would always give me bullshit ass excuses. It came down to the termination of my contract which they said that it would be refundable if i didnt rent through them and yet they would always give me the run around of my own money!! Dont believe them!! I already submitted a complaint to the BBB of their new location which wasnt hard to find because of the so many advertisments they have in el clasificado and I also submitted a complaint to the Department of Real State. Hopefully this place full of scammers gets shut down soon!
