Amazing experience from start to finish. We celebrated a joint 40th surprise birthday party with 50 people and way too many balloons lol. The service was impeccable. John and Danielle really made it happen for us. We adore them! We are extremely pleased with the food, atmosphere and the accommodating owner. Thank you so much for an amazing, unforgettable time. We appreciate you so much and will be lifelong customers.
This restaurant has been around many years and still number 1 for the area! Their pizza has crispy crust and just a delicious pie. The antipasto is plentiful and the balsamic dressing is perfect to top it off! Highly recommended whether just a pizza, lunch, dinner or brunch. Heather is a great server assuring your happy with everything you ordered. Prices are average and portions are fullfilling!
My buddy's and I broke bread together here last night. The place was hopping when we got there at 7 pm, so the service started off a little slow. Things got increasingly better, though. Fried calamari was crispy and fresh. The margarita vodka pizza was fantastic, we got it as an appetizer. Everyone liked their entrees too. Would love to go back again so I can try their homemade pastas. Vegetarian options: Lots of dishes with pastas and vegetables. Dietary restrictions: Probably a six page menu. Something for everyone. Parking: Plenty of parking but it is a bit of an odd parking lot. Main entrance is on the long side of the building. Kid-friendliness: Families and dates were there all at the same time. Wheelchair accessibility: Main entrance is accessible.
This was take out so when I walked in very pleasant but I ordered a ceaser salad with shrimp and not impressed at all back in the back this was the place to get a good salad! I don’t know what happened but not impressed at all mixed greens with Caesar Salad ? And the Shrimp not a sprinkle of Salt/ Pepper nothing and damn near spent $15 yeah I’m good won’t be back
Love this place. Always great food and customer service! They make you feel like family. The ambiance is always relaxing and friendly, family like. If I could change just one thing, it would be that they sold sweet tea. Sorry, not sorry. Vegetarian options: Not a large selection for vegetarianism, but they will do everything they can to accommodate your meal. They have outdoor seating. Parking: There are other businesses there, so parking can be difficult at times. Kid-friendliness: Nice place to bring your well-behaved kids. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking. Handicap entrance and plenty of space inside to eat.
Pleasantly surprised for a "pizza joint." We came here after another restaurant turned us away. Shrimp francese was delicious! Wound up ordering a sandwich later for my niece and it came out super fast and with so much meat on it! We are so glad we wound up here.Food: 5/5
Amazing service and food. The staff was beyond accommodating when we showed up with 13 kids and 4 adults. Food was delicious and timely. They really took care of us and were so helpful. Will definitely return!Food: 5/5
Love this place. Great food, excellent customer service. I didn't give it a 5 star rating this time because I ordered chicken Francese, and they put marinara sauce on top of my pasta which was served on the side. I had to scoop it over to the side. The chicken Francese also comes with spinach, which I did not get. The Marinara on my pasta messed my entire meal up. I wanted lemon wine chicken, not lemon wine and marinara. Did not taste good, in my opinion. I'll make sure to tell them no marinara sauce on my pasta, next time just sauce from the Chicken Francese. I go there often, and it was the first time I was not happy. This was the first time I had seen that particular waitress. No biggie. Will be back soon. It can't always be perfect. I know that if I had complained, they would have fixed my order. Definitely recommend them. Parking is difficult to find but handicap friendly and great atmosphere.
We visited D'Italia Restaurant this afternoon. For an appetizer, my party of three shared French fries that tasted like a mediocre frozen store brand, not fresh-cut potato. As for our meals, all three were served steaming-hot, which, as I understand, indicates being prepared well in advance and warmed up in a microwave oven, as opposed to made to order. Nonetheless, two of the three entrées were palatable; the third, my daughter's angel-hair pasta with meatballs, went into a doggy bag, in case her dog is bad. I'm hoping I caught D'Italia on an off day, as I want to support my local everything, instead of eating at Olive Garden. I'll try this place again, just not soon. It is worth noting that D'Italia Restaurant charges less if you pay in cash. That's another reason to give them a second chance, as you don't pay as much as 3.5% for a credit card charge you aren't making.
My office orders lunch at this place all the time, so I already knew the food was delicious. I decided to come and actually eat at the restaurant. Very nice inside and the environment was peaceful and friendly. I ordered the dinner special,Grouper Portafino, my friend had the Chicken Francese. Both were so delicious. The portion of food was enough to take back home with us. They are not stingy with their entrees . The waitresses were friendly and attentive. This restaurant is BYOB, so we bought a bottle of Pinot Grigio to go with our meal. We will always come to D'Italia. I'm from Staten Island, NY so I know good authentic Italian food when I taste it
