My  flowers were delivered a day late. They were absolutely gorgeous however they were dead within two days. I called the store and the woman I spoke with was very rude. She said it was my fault  because I didn't fill with water. On the card that came with the flowers the care instructions were left blank. I was appalled and shocked at the way it was handled. They obviously don't care about their customers!!!

My husband ordered flowers to be sent to me on my birthday.. They arrived 3 days early and almost everything on the card was misspelled (my name, his name, the message he had written had extra words thrown in randomly). He ordered online, an emailed confirmation was sent and everything was spelled correctly on that... How can you mess up the name Jon?? "Love Jhon". These flowers aren't cheap either...it's like these guys are new at this and think it's OK to screw up here n there.. I do not recommend this place!

Ordered flowers through Ftd and the bouquet was wilted and worn and one of the flowers were broken. A disgrace they would deliver those.  I guess there level of flowers are subpar.

Was the first and last time using them my husband brought me a dozen of red roses to be delivered to my job yesterday. He said he wanted them delivered around 430 500 when I was on shift. They were delivered at 1200 first problem now second problem the delivery guy had the nerve to take one of my roses out of my arrgement and give it to one of my co-workers like who does that.  That is so unprofessional and disrespectful.  You know roses are not cheap!!!!!!!!!!  I will be calling and complaining. Sincerely a very dissatisfied customer !!!!!!!!!!!!
