The owner of this business is a piece of work to say the least.  Well, as a senior and 100% disabled veteran...some things I know, some I don't.  Don't know  anything about plumbing except how to turn the faucet on and off.  Anyway, used them for years, reasonable rates, good people.  Then...my kitchen faucet was leaking.  I ended up paying $439 something for the changing of the faucet.  The owner told me "now look here"....which was a little condescending to say the least....went on to say his hand got the faucet at the hardware store and to "run my business" I have to charge when my employees start the job.  Well....a little consideration maybe by informing me of the HIGH price of just picking up the faucet..."hard work huh?"  that maybe I should try to get it.  Slapping me with over $400.....I wonder what the news media would do with this?  Frankly, the employees are nice, professional work...but in my opinion....well, lets put it this way.....he'll probably go to Church today and feel real good about himself...me...if I did something like that I could not even look at myself in the mirror.  They lost a customer.
