The few times I've been in the employees have always been nice to me and quick with my drop off and pick ups. I've only ever done suits, but they have always been nicely cleaned and anything left on or in the pockets was packaged when I returned. They're resonably priced in my opinion. I just wish I would get reminder calls when my things were ready to be picked up, since I forget :)

Wow! I dropped off 10 shirts, asked to have simple stains removed. light starch. I got 8 of them back, 6 had tags saying they couldn't get the spots out. Ive had these simple food stains taken out at every cleaners I had ever gone to. It was pure laziness. I was also charged full rates. They put so much starch in them, i felt like I had a tin man suit on. I realized I was also missing some shirts. They couldn't find them. About a month later, they call me back about my 2 shirts. They tell me Ill receive them shortly. 4 months go by. they call me again. they want $17 to ship them. LOL that was straight from the owner. the same company that completely screwed up as much as you can possibly screw something up wants to charge me another $17 for more stained tin man shirts. you have got to be kidding. I gave them every chance to right the situation, and at every turn they drooped the ball. Stay far away from these idiots.

Simply said, this place is over priced, I'm pretty sure their company policy is,"The customer is always wrong". I'm pretty sure they outsource everything too because you CANNOT get your items back before a weeks time, and when a week is up your gambling on getting all your items back. I really have no idea how they're still in business.

Took in a suit and 3 ties. When I dropped it off and picked it up the girls were very professional and nice! They told me that my suit would be ready by 4pm friday. I came in at 3pm hoping it would be ready early because I was going out of town and it was! Everything looks great and I'll definitely go back next time.

I've never had anything but good experiences here! Fantastic cleaning job, and always done on time.
