I get the Keratin treatment done by Nule and she always does an amazing job. She charges $200 and only $10 extra for extremely long hair. I have both thick and really long hair and any other salon would charge around $400 to do this treatment on my hair. My hair stays smooth for over a year with this treatment thanks to Nule! :)

I went to get a hair cut. And it was one person walked before me. I went and I asked how long does it take for a hair cut. She said we will close at 7 and he is the last person. She still.had one more hour prior to her closing. Very bad experience and probably she didn't know how to do hair cut becasue she asked me what do you need to get done. I am glad that I didn't do a hair cut. I think I woudl be so upset with her work.

I went 2 months back for the keratin treatment. For a month it lasted and then it got frizzy again. She had given a 4 month guarantee. After 1 and half month it started getting frizzy in spite of taking good care and using recommended products. It got so bad that i had to use the flat iron again to make it manageable. After 2 month i finally gave a call to the saloon and spoke to the lady. She rudely told me she cannot do any thing about it as it is already 3 months( I did the treatment on April 12th and i called on June 15th. I don't know how it is 3 month)  and hung up phone on me. 

While i was there for the treatment i saw how badly they were cutting the hair. 4 customers went back unhappy with the way there hair was cut and price they paid for cutting bad hair. 

Beware. Save your money and your hair.
