I've purchased several vehicles from this place, the only reason I went back time and time again is because this place was a last resort. I paid on a car for a whole year $400 a month, because they want everyone to at $100 a month, while the transmission was slipping the car was sold to me for a little over $9000, as I said after making payments a whole year later I go to sell the vehicle back to them and I receive $1500 for a trade in, mind you the vehicle had less than 100k miles. As I said before I purchased several vehicles from this company and you would think that through the years a great business relationship would have been built. NOPE! I would not recommend this place to anyone even as a last resort. They buy cars from auctions, damaged or not, just "fix" them with old or damaged or used parts while you pay them top dollar every month. DONT GO HERE!!!

Watch out for these guys they take shortcuts fixing cars and put unsafe cars on the road!!! Cars without airbags cars with band-aid fixes they know will break and will do anything to sell you a car just be careful!!!!!! Not to mention they are ruthless and won't give you any breaks and they have gps locators in all their cars so they can know where you are at all times!!!! Take my word for it I worked for them and saw it all first hand

Very easy to get a car from. They go above and beyond to make sure you are in the vehicle that suits your needs and to get you from A to B. They have a 0% interest plan on EVERY vehicle!

After many days of being told that i will have my car back the following days, and even being told once i could come pick it up, I STILL DONT HAVE MY CAR BACK! The first day i was told i couldnt have my car until next day was the day I spent 250 to pay for part of the repair, right before they told me i couldnt have it back. If i would have known that I was givin WRONG information, i wouldnt had paid that UNTIL i had officially picked up my car. Almost 48 hours later and im still getting the same story that they wanna test drive my car before they give it back. Ya know, I do not have a problem with them keeping my car for as long as they need too because id rather have it not break down again, but what im SOOOO IRRITATED about was being missed informed the last few days. Its kinda hard to trust people when you feel like youre getting the run arrounds. Im seriously debating what i should do after i pay off my car. Go somewhere else or stay and hope being mis informed will NEVER happen again. Ive been a customer for a year this month and i have to say, i have NEVER had a problem until now. I trusted these guys because when my last cars air conditioner wasnt working, they fixed it within hours. Ive always paid on my payments. Im not expecting any discounts or anything, i just want my car back and for employees to stop miss informing me. Im sure the owner is frusterated as much as i am on what has been done and said to me. Anyway, there is one person who has treated me the best and its an employee at the davenport location. She has appologized so many times too me and has even called me when she wasnt at the store to let me know the latest updates. I have so much respect for her trying and understanding how frausterated i have been. Thats exactly how a GREAT EMPLOYEE should look like! Shes the reason i gave this review a 2 star instead of 1.
