This is my usual place-- Maryanne does a great job! I DO NOT, however, recommend the lady in the second chair on the left, with the heavy accent. I showed her multiple pictures and explained (a simple) haircut to her and she kind of brushed me off, then cut waayyyy more than I liked,  and gave me a completely different haircut than what I asked for (and charged me $20 for it!) I went home and cried after expecting a shoulder length long bob and getting a chin length, stacked, "can i speak to your manager" haircut. This one bad experience aside, though, the 10+ cuts I've gotten before were all satisfactory, and customer service from everyone else is great
