Reviews

Will no longer have work or inspections done here.  Inspection failed for questionable reasons.  Told entire rack and pinion steering unit needed replacing and re-alignment,  caliper frozen and needed replacing, brake pads needed, entire muffler needed replacing, and emergency brake needed new lines with a total (estimated) cost of several thousand dollars.   Went to auto repair center in Manchester for second opinion.  Everything fixed including new brake pads and  inspection for $389.  WOW !!!!   Stay away from this place.

DO NOT GET INSPECTION DONE HERE!! If you don't know about your car they will take advantage of you,  if you do they will still take advantage of you. They will lie to you,  change their mind on pricing as well as what "needs" to be fixed to pass, and they do their best to confuse you so they can trick you into spending more. I've given them too many chances, will NOT be going here for my next inspection.

Went here a while back for an inspection. Old man in the garage told me a list of things wrong with my vehicle. The next day I went to my mechanic to have them fix them and had a second opinion on the rest. He told me these issues where no existing. Confident I would pass inspection I drove over to get my sticker. They tried to charge me a re-testing fee ( which is suppose to be applied after 30 days from original test date) NOT 24 hours later. They tried to fail me again,  told them I had a second opinion and there was nothing wrong with the part. Old man got mad and threw his tools across the garage and started to raise his voice.  What a rip off of a place unless it's changed since I was there.

I'd go there for an oil change. It's quick and affordable. But, I was told my car needed two new head gaskets and other gaskets with a rough total of 1700+ dollars due to a minor oil leak and failed my inspection.  Upon getting another opinion at the Subaru dealership, and t was found it was a loose oil filter... I'm not trying to be mean but I was real close to giving them 1700 dollars for an oil issue that would have been solved with a filter wrench.
