Walt and Ricky were friendly and honest. They arrived on time to complete the job. The upstairs unit needed a new coil and the downstairs unit wasn't blowing any air. I figured the downstairs unit was going to be something expensive to fix, but it wasn't. They completed the job on time at a solid price. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service with outstanding attention to the details involved with the job.  Hired Walt to replace a 'dinosaur' oil heater and a/c in an older home.  We are very pleased with the new replacement equipment, and the improved efficiency but also very pleased with the honest, forthright work done by Walt and his crew.  They are true to their word, showed up on time, did thorough work, and left the place in better shape than when they arrived!  Walt also troubleshot and repaired more than requested (without incurring hidden fees) all because it would make the new system work better!  We can't sing their praises high enough!  Would highly recommend and would happily rehire.  So nice to work with honest, dependable people!  Thank you Walt, Ricky, and crew!!

These guys are the best!  Old school values combined with years of experience and knowledge.  Came to my house in the middle of a crisis, NO HEAT and boiler making loud noises.  I have an old boiler, and I am sure this would this would have scared off or at least confused many other technicians.  Walt and his partner analyzed the problem and came up with a plan of action.  They explained everything to me in simple, easy to understand terms.  They not only repaired my boiler problem, but didn’t stop working on it till they were satisfied that it would perform better than it ever had in the past.  And they achieved their goal, as my boiler was never as quiet and efficient as it is now.  Good heat to every section of my house!  I have 3 zone heat, but prior to calling D&W Mechanical, it never worked properly.  This old system is roaring like a lion now.  I’m glad I found these guys, and will definitely hire them again in the future.

Walt came to my house today with no notice to help solve an overnight issue that developed with my furnace. He was helpful, insightful, and professional. The price was fair as always. Highly recommended.

Thanks to Walt and Rickey we're back in comfort in one day with an entire new system. Price is what we were looking at and we researched it throughly! Excellent people who did an excellent job, bravo guys!
