I just left the bank 15 minutes ago, I will never come there again nor will I refer a friend to the bank. The representative were very rude, they didn't care about my business and I'm really thinking about taking all my accounts to a different bank. The first time I opened my account with Dade County credit union was in a different branch nothing to do with this one people there were friendly and they pay attention to all my necessities. Unfortunately, that branch was closed and I came to this one because it's close to my work something that I already regret. The representative barely pay attention to us after waiting 25 minutes on the lobby, which by the way had no other customer than us; we were greeted by a representative that told us she was not able to help us because they have a new system and with the new system if I talk to someone on the phone that is the only person that can take care of us. The staff did not put any effort to help us or at least guide us in what to do. Very unfriendly representatives, I went there to refinance my car and I will certainly look for a different branch to do so. It makes me feel very disappointed because even though the credit union is great this branch is really bad.

loved this institution until I got my card stolen and almost had to pay for all the overdraft fees and spending that another person did from my account. After requesting a block be put on my card so I can't have anymore overdrafts they said it would be done and instead I get hit with overdraft fee after overdraft fee again. After getting on the phone with the most unfriendly and rude collector I went and closed my account. Highly recommend you DONT use this place for your banking needs.

Never had a problem with DCFCU. Don't know why so many negative comments...🤔🤔🤔

they are very willing to take your money or give you loans. but when you need them the response is very poor. i have been requesting a payoff for 5 days now and nothing as yet. Once i tried to have my daughter take out $2,000. 00 form my account via a check for her and they would not do it. I had to go and withdraw the money to give my daughter. It is a shame because when you are opening an account or a loan they are most friendly.

This bank will charge you unnecessary fees, not make any arrangements, and outdated services. the Branchotel manager is incapable of overriding overdraft fees. please beware before making this investment. you'll have card fraud and not be able to access your funds for a month.
