I regret changing from Wells fargo to Dade County Federal Credit union.  I have never had a problem with renting a car from enterprise with my debit card.  Until i called today 09/18/2017 to be told that the credit union has blocked everyone from using there card with enterprise. Because of fraud. Everybody doesn't do fraud. So the credit union should not punish everyone. They should have only blocked the cards who have been claiming fraud from enterprise. Them customer Probably was the ones who was behind the fraud themselves. I talk with the representative and he tells me its nothing that can be done. I asked to speak with higher management he tell me there is no one available. I could go on there website to leave a comment. Thats not what i asked for. And then he tells me i should apply for a credit card. Personally i dont have a credit card and dont want a credit card. I want to remain debt free. This credit union has no understanding for people. And they don't care. My car got damage durning hurricane Irma and now im in need of renting a car and can't because im currently only banking with DCFCU.  I will be changing back to Wells Fargo.

The lady that helped me was very pushy and rude she always seemed to be racially profiling me. She barely wanted to help at all. She just took all of my information and Also she didn't give any information on how applying for the loan works and never mentioned how long it would take before I get an answer. I thought I would find out immediately she let me sit there and wait staring at her until I asked if I was gonna be finding out now she said NO THATS IT. I'm like ok thank you she only said bye!

Martha offered to assist us right away. She was genuine and friendly, answered all our questions. Looking forward to opening an account with DCFCU, after divesting from our current bank.

I want to thank fanny for taking care of my problem again she is wonderful she is worth her weight in gold because i almost closed my account with dcfcu of almost 20 years so THANK YOU AGAIN FANNY you are the best
