Don't even bother applying to any of their trailer parks unless you have excellent credit. Nothing else matters to them. It doesn't matter if you have excellent rental history or a good paying job to prove you can pay your monthly lot rent. It doesn't even matter if you offer to pay 6 months of lot rent in advance while still paying every month so your always 6 months pre paid. They don't care if you have excellent references. All they care about is your credit score and if it isn't excellent your not getting approved to live there so I wouldn't even bother wasting your time.

Professionals appreciate well managed business properties.  Nobody has better knowledge of the market.  Save time and talk with pros.
