A few years ago I had the privilege of using the services of Daggett Shuler. I was greeted and treated with the utmost respect and professionalism and my embarrassment for needing to make the call was put at ease immediately. Sandy, my wife, suffered a career ending stroke on February 11.  An attorney friend recommended that we contact Daggett Shuler for advice on filing a claim for Social Security disability.  My initial call was returned within an hour by Attorney John Koontz.  He was appropriately concerned and straight forward in his counsel on the process and how he could help.  We elected to have him serve us as our representative with Social Security. 

 His paralegal, Minnie Cameron, came on board with our claim and literally handled every single paperwork matter relative to our claim.  She worked closely with our assigned case manager at Social Security on the phone and by mail.She kept us posted on progress and responded to every inquiry promptly. We received regular correspondence from Attorney Koontz about our claim and its progress.  They are quite a team!

We received our notification today (September 20) that her claim had been approved. Sandy and I have nothing but positive feelings about our experience with Daggett Shuler.  They were prompt, professional, and concerned about our family and the impact of Sandy's stroke on our lives.

We are so grateful for the good folks at Daggett Shuler for the manner in which we were served.  Given the stress of these past months as we have managed Sandy's many issues relative to her stroke, it was so helpful to have this important matter of our future handled so well.

The staff very kind, knowledgeable, and positive. I hired them for my very unusual disability case and almost lost my home, every time I called the staff encouraged me to keep going that my case would come up soon and I had a good case and should win. My lawyer Mr. Koontz never refused to talk to me. I did end up winning my case thank God

Wouldn't even consider a case where you can't fully cover your own medical expenses out of pocket first... So, if you get hurt and don't have money Daggett schuler doesn't care.
