I have been a faithful customer of theirs for 2 years with no complaints until today. I ordered my food at 11 ,which is when they open and it usually takes 30-45 minutes, but when the clock said 12:10 with no sign of them, I called to ask about my order. The lady on the phone RUDELY told me I could wait for my order or wait, that I wouldn't always get it at the same time. So I hung up. I was annoyed at being spoke to in that way so I called back to ask for a manager. She asked what I wanted a manager for. When I told her, she once again rudely repeated what she said before and this time she said my husband is always nice when he goes to pick it up but I never am when I order because I always expect it at the same time. Yet this was the very first time I ever called to complain. So I canceled my order and I WILL NEVER order from them again. I won't be treated like that.

Update 04/13/17:
Used to have great experience here, but cashier has dull customer service presentation.  Very offended now, was asked to put a tip on my CC before my food was delivered?!?

We just order and waiting for an hour so we call them and gave them our address so they said yhat too far huh just few minutes from my mom home so we call them and they hang up with us so that very bad service so we no longer order with them so we pissed off so we will report with them on bbb report so dont order with them !!!!!!!!!!!

Was going to grab a quick bite to eat while waiting for our laundry to finish across the street at the laundry mat. My wife and I thought that we might just dine in and eat quick before going back to the laundry mat. And we were informed by the staff that we couldn't. However, there are tables & chairs. So, I stated, what was the point in having the tables. If it just pick up, then all you need is chairs for people to sit and wait for their orders! I've been coming here for several years to get take out and was happy for their food. Customer service is like great on one visit and terrible the next visit. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! More Chinese restaurants in local area with better food and service!!
