I really enjoyed myself here. The Management and the staff are very pleasent. I have been here on several occasions. I have enjoyed myself a lot. If you are nice and polite to everyone, then you can enjoy the company of people of all races from around the world. Over the past ten years of traveling for work in 23 states, I have been enlightened by tens of thousands of people. I love meeting and learning from everyone I have met. Florida is a treasure trove of gems from the world over. This restaurant/Bar is full of those gems. When in Venice, do as the we done enjoy new friends.

Ordered short ribs dinner.... veggies that came with it we bad. The asparagus still had it’s tough stems and the zucchini had turned rancid and vinegary. My salad had all wilted and brown lettuce. Our server was more interested in prepping set up for tomorrow than tending to her tables. I brought the attention of the salad to her and she offered a new one but my entree was already served 5 mins earlier so I declined. We also ordered calamari and grouper bites for our appetizers. The grouper came out really hot and tasty but the calamari was like warm and some really rubbery. Also our server kept refilling my husband’s tea but completely ignored mine. We asked for a manager and we were really polite about everything and he apologized and took the calamari off and also 20% off the bill. But I will say this was my first and last time coming here. I honestly don’t recommend it. The DJ they had playing wasn’t that good and the music was really way too loud that we couldn’t even have a conversation without yelling. Maybe the drinks are good I don’t know. But if you’re looking for dinner, go elsewhere. If I could rate no stars I would. Sorry but that was horrific.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. HORRIBLE! Do yourself a favor, avoid this place at all costs. Terrible service, food sucks, and it’s overpriced. As a resident of the island, I’ve eaten here many times. I’ve never received good service. Last night was the last straw. Not sure if there’s ever any management on-site, but they need to seriously evaluate this location. Why are teenagers running your business? Looks like they’re dealing drugs out of here too. Couple of meth head looking losers we’re at the bar harassing patrons. Do not bring your children here!

I had the the steak salad for lunch, which was delicious & our server was very good. The reggae music enhanced the relaxed atmosphere. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Wonderful food. One of the best Grouper Sandwiches I've ever had. The server Ashley was great she took amazing care of us. Highly recommend this restaurant.
