I had been there twice to order a chocolate shake. Both times they had given it to me COMPLETELY melted, and both times i asked them to give me one that is not melted. One of those times the person at the register told me to "pretend it is chocolate milk." because it was melted. This place is ran by a bunch of high school airheads that care more about the way they look rather than their customer service.

Entirely ran by goofy high school kids that are more concerned with socializing with each other then paying attention to their job. Have had no issues with the food itself but they mess the order up every single time. Literally the past ten times we have been there we have had to correct them at the window. Make sure you check your order every time. They will mess it up. A wrong flavored dilly bar here, no milk with the kids meal there, just small stuff but incorrect nonetheless. This last time tonight my wife ordered a cotton candy blizzard. When she took a bite it turned out to be vanilla ice cream with sprinkles. When I took it inside to get it fixed the sophomore told me they were out of the cotton candy flavor so he just put in sprinkles instead. I couldn't help but laugh. I wasn't even mad. I didn't even bother talking to the manager about my past 10 experiences there because she looked to be about 18 and I had a feeling it would fall on deaf ears anyway. She looked about as motivated as the rest of the kids. I was once there too working at Wendy's but at least I had a decent manager to keep us in line. I wonder if the owners have any clue as to what is going on?!? Update: Tried to give them another chance and grabbed a cotton candy blizzard and took it home a few days later. It was the same thing. Vanilla ice cream with sprinkles. Went back to the store a day later to talk to the manager. Again, it was a 19yo. She said she couldn't give me a blizzard because I didn't have the receipt even though I talked to her the night before when I called to complain. Talked to another manager a couple days later and she would not do it either. She said I could be making it up and have no proof that I was ever there. As I tried to explain the situation she continued to talk over me. When I said I was going to call corporate she taunted me and said go ahead and that she didn't care. At first this was funny but now I'm actually pissed. I come here because of my kids but after being treated like this I will not spend another dime on this location. I am going to call corporate and have a field day with this. Downgraded to 1 star. Never again. Stay away from this place. They don't deserve our hard earned money. Have fun being out of high school and working at Dairy Queen. I bet your parents are proud. A$$ holes.

This is without a doubt the worst Dairy Queen I've been to in the state of Washington. I'm under no illusion that this would be a fine dining experience, but the hamburger I was served was cold and my wife was served an exceptionally greasy hotdog between two hamburger buns. Would not eat again.

Ran by a bunch of high school dropouts that just need a job. Hey owners...try getting some new employees. They completley forgot our order and we were waiting for 20 minutes when nobody else was there. We went to go ask them where our order was and they said they didn't know we ordered, so they asked for a recipt... REALLY??? YOU DONT REMEMBER US FROM TWENTY MINUTES AGO?!?!?!?! THEY MADE US PULL THE RECIPT OUT OF THE TRASH!!!!!!! The resturant was a complete dump... Lets try fixing up the place!! There were rats in the reasturant. It terrified my child and put him to tears. I like taking my family out to dairy queen but this completley ruined my experience and broke my heart. I was not satisfied at all and never plan on coming back. Sorry to see you guys drag your name in the mud and drive yourselves into the ground.

Food could have been a bit bigger, but it was still good, and the employees were nice. I hope they bring back the mint brownie blizzard
