DQ is OK. The portions are small especially when made by the manager. The place is quaint and older, the manager is a little rough around the edges.. Actually borderline rude. Ice cream has a good flavor.

Maybe don't have an online order option for your cakes if you are not going to check it or if you have your notifications going to you spam or junk mail file.  My husband ordered a cake for our daughters birthday party.  When he ordered online it said what time the cake would be ready.  We went to get it and.....no cake.  Apparently they get notified by email thru their online ordering option and the guy at the counter said he did not have an order.  He checked his email while we were there and stated the notification went to the junk mail folder, then looked at my husband like "oh well".   No apology, no nothing.  So guses what?....No business.

The ladies running the counter would be much better off if the loud, obnoxious, boorishly rude arsehat running around wasn't here. They were entirely pleasant, while he was sweatily up in our business while we tried to order, yelling orders and instructions to our very competent and pleasant server. 

Now, to Super Douches credit, he did solve the one issue we had, but he did so by yelling to the girls from around the corner. 

And what the heck is up with my son's burger??

Not only did my burger look like it was eaten by a rat and a flesh eating bacteria, but the staff was amazing until the dillhole manager started barking orders like a staff sergeant. And when they got our order wrong he was borishly rude trying to fix it. Not only that the floor behind the counter looked like years of grease was stuck to it and if you stepped on it you would become stuck. #fightfor15 just took a serious blow.

Food is pretty good. Right off Hwy 45 at Catherine Street as you go through Metropolis.
