The team at DQ is amazing and so is the owner! We had been in buying ice cream and gift certificates when a customer with a disability approached them needing help. They were so kind and patient! Great work, beautiful hearts and God Bless! Love the french fries by the way!

Great experience from start to finish. I was greeted in a very friendly and timely manor. The food was great. The service was great. I'm so happy that Kevin brought Dairy Queen back to West Bend.

The attached photo is what I asked for…whoever made this blizzard for me tonight put vanilla ice cream for the filler…so instead of the fudge center I was so excited to get to…I got a vanilla ice cream center. Not even chocolate. I’m not sure who made my blizzard tonight but man they need a refresher on some things!

Ordered a non-dairy dilly bar and received a reduced sugar dilly bar that still has milk in it. sadly my son with a high milk allergy already got to the dilly bar before I got to check if was right. Somthing involving an allergy should be checked twice!!!

The parking lot is very hard to maneuver around and park. Not worth the hassle. 12/28/2021, I tried this place when it wasn't busy. I wasn't greeted when I entered. Nobody ready to take my order. Lots of staff running around like they don't know what to do. Food wasn't the best. Lots room and bright.

Terrible! Was willing to give them another chance... Maybe they'd seen the error of their ways. Nope. $18 for 2 chicken strip meals.... No butter on the toast, and the country gravy was literally MILK, and it was ICE COLD! No excuse on a Wed at noon!
